NB. Above premiums are double for those passengers aged between 65 and 74 and four times the amount shown above for those passengers aged between 75 and 79 on date of departure.

Maximum duration of cover for clients aged between 75 and 79 is 31 days. Regrettably, cover cannot be provided for those passengers aged 80 and over.

Policy Details

We have arranged a holiday insurance policy through Matthew Gerard Travel Insurance Services Ltd. Please indicate on the booking form if required. The following provides brief details of the cover. Full details are available on request.

The insurance policy will be sent with your Confirmation Invoice, please read it carefully as there are conditions and exclusions.
Please note: This policy is for U.K. residents only.

PERIOD OF COVER
Cancellation cover is effective from the day we receive your booking form and deposit (or full payment if your booking is made less than 56 days before the day of departure) until the day of travel. In respect of all other sections of the policy, cover is effective from the day of travel as shown on your Confirmation Invoice until the day you return.

Please note: All material facts must be declared to MGTIS. Failure to do so may affect your rights under the terms of the policy.

A material fact is a fact likely to influence insurers in the acceptance or assessment of the insurance (e.g. your own state of health or that of a close relative).
If you are in any doubt as to whether a fact is “material” then, for your own protection, it must be disclosed.
