From the moment you enter at reception, you will be assured a warm welcome and friendly smile from all staff on board. Facilities include a bright and airy restaurant, two gift shops, a laundry service and a large lounge with a bar, television, and a small selection of books and board games. There is a small swimming pool on the Sun Deck, with sun loungers, a pool bar and a canopied seating area.
You can play table football and table tennis and why not relax with a massage in a secluded open-air area on the Sun Deck (payable locally).
For your peace of mind a doctor is available at each port of call. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception free of charge.
At breakfast, choose from a selection of items at the hot and cold buffet. Lunch and dinner are either buffet or waiter service. Complimentary afternoon tea is occasionally served. Should you require drinks in your cabin, these can be purchased between 0900 and 2300 hours.
Evening entertainment includes occasional dancing and theme nights which include a Galabeya Egyptian night, a Nubian folklore evening and belly-dancing.
All standard cabins have twin or double beds, a private shower and wc, hairdryer, air-conditioning, an internal telephone, fridge, television and a large window. Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins. Single cabins (111, 114 & 202), which do not incur a single supplement, have a single bed and the same facilities as the standard cabins.
There are two suites on the Top Deck which each benefit from a double bed and a large seating area with a table and two chairs. There are two ‘Junior’ suites on the Upper Deck, both have a double bed and a small terrace with a table and two chairs. All suites have complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, a safe (free) and bath robes are also provided.
Please note: It is not possible to accommodate a third person in any of the twin berth cabins or the Junior suites. A third bed can be placed in the two suites, however space will be limited and the extra bed is likely to be of a folding or camp bed style and therefore recommended only for children up to 15 years of age.
