My husband and I returned from holiday to find your questionnaire already on our mat, we laughed and said it was just another example of ASC efficiency, as I had already decided, that for the first time ever I would write to a company on return to say how much we had enjoyed our holiday I feel that the questionnaire has done that for us, but I wanted to include a specific mention of the two people who helped make it especially enjoyable. These were Tour leader Mohammed Saiid, who arranged everything and everybody with great efficiency and humour and did his best to make everybody feel part of the group (or ‘family’) as Mohammed would have it and the tour guide Sherif whose knowledge of his subject was extremely impressive and who shared it with us with such enthusiasm, that by the end of the week we were beginning to feel like (very) amateur Egyptologists. Both these young men are a real asset to your company.
I have just returned from your Nile Cruise on the Star of Luxor. I am absolutely speechless at the wonderful trip! The staff on the boat were all fantastic. As if the trips and sights that were crammed in, and the first class guides were not enough, the organisation of everything was seamless and made to look effortless. If ever anybody moans about anything send them to me as they do not deserve to have had the privilege of travelling on the Star of Luxor!!!!

We very much enjoyed our holiday cruising on the Nile on the Star of Luxor. We were very well looked after both on board and on the various excursions. One guide on the excursions called “H” was excellent – not only very interesting but also take great trouble to keep us in the shade if necessary, reminding us all about drinking plenty of water, wearing hats etc. We were very happy with the on-board facilities and liked the friendly cheerful staff. It was a very good holiday which we much enjoyed.
I have recently returned from a most wonderful Nile River Cruise and would like to say how good all the staff were on board and the Tour Guides excellent English and knowledge. My friend and I had a lovely holiday, surpassing our expectations. Egypt is quite fascinating. We were on board the M.S. Star of Luxor. Hopefully we will return. I have passed on details of your trip to other friends already.
My friends and I have just returned from your Nile Cruise on the Star of Luxor. I am writing to inform you of how greatly we enjoyed the whole experience. I could not fault the arrangement or the cruise in any way. The food was excellent, the staff polite, friendly and helpful. We found the holiday great value for money and all the guests on board agreed with us. We did not hear one complaint in the week we spent on holiday. I must also mention the tour manager Mohamed Saiid who could not do enough for us, also Ahemd our tour guide. His great knowledge of the history of his country and his friendly manners gave us a great insight into Egypt and its culture. I will certainly recommend your company and thank you all for the holiday of a lifetime.
