BARS AND PUBLIC ROOMS
The bars offer a selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, which will be charged to your account. Passengers are asked not to consume their own wines or spirits on deck or in the public rooms.
SWIMMING POOL
For your own safety, please be careful in and around the pool area. You are asked not to jump or dive into the pool. The water in the pool ranges between 1.5 metres and 1.8 metres in depth and the area around the pool can be slippery. Parents should not allow their children to play unsupervised near the pool. Pool towels are provided free of charge.

SHOPPING
The shop on the Upper deck stocks a small selection of souvenirs, gifts, jewellery and clothing.
MEDICAL ATTENTION
For your peace of mind, there is a resident doctor on board most of the time. Should you need to contact the doctor at any time, attention can be sought immediately by contacting reception. Please retain your receipts for consultation and medication as these will be needed if you wish to claim on your insurance.
POSTCARDS
Postcards and stamps are available on board and we recommend that all mail is posted whilst on the boat.
COMMUNICATION
The telephones in the cabins are for internal use only. However, customers may make and receive outside telephone calls at reception. We recommend that you check the prices beforehand as these can be costly. There are no e-mail facilities on board but urgent messages can be arranged through reception. If you are expecting calls during your cruise, you can give callers the boat’s telephone number: 00 20 12 212 5503. Emergency fax and e-mail numbers can also be found by clicking here.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
The boat’s laundry service is available for washing and ironing personal garments. We regret that there are no dry-cleaning facilities.
