Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 hours
and Saturday 09.00 - 18.00 hours
In order to secure your reservation with a deposit, please have your Credit or Debit Card details ready. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you can pay by cheque, postal order or cash. Please note: In line with most major operators, we make a charge of 2% for all payments by credit card as this charge is levied on us by the card companies. No charge will be made for payment by debit card.

Once we have taken the deposit for your holiday and received your completed booking form we will send you a confirmation invoice with details of your booking.
For all Cruise bookings only, a Passenger Declaration form will be included along with your invoice which must be completed and returned to us by fax, email or post (please use contact details above).
Step 5
The balance payment of your booking will be due eight weeks prior to departure. Please note that credit card charges will apply as detailed in 'Step 2' above.
