On neighbouring La Réunion, where you spend two days, you can tour through ancient forest to the active volcanoes of Piton de la Fournaise, before relaxing from your adventures with two days at sea. Next comes perfumed Nosy Bé, with time for an optional boat trip to see the black lemur of tiny Nosy Komba, before cruising back to Mombasa via the coral island of Mayotte and exotic Zanzibar.

- Early morning arrival and transfer to an African Safari Club Hotel for a two night stay.
- Days 4 & 5: Thursday & Friday. Mauritius, Mascarenes.
- Transfer to Mombasa airport for your morning flight to Mauritius. Embark M.S. Royal Star and stay overnight on board. Sail at 1800 hours on Friday.
- Days 6 & 7: Saturday & Sunday. La Réunion, Mascarenes.
- Arrive at 0700 hours and stay over night on board. Sail at 1700 hours on Sunday.
