CHECKING IN
Please refer to your travel documents for flight details and ensure that you arrive at the airport well before the latest check-in time shown on your itinerary. Airline check-in desks are usually opened at least four hours before the flight departure time for long haul flights and two hours prior for flights to Europe.

Please note that children under the age of twelve are not admitted in to the executive lounges at either Gatwick, Manchester or Mombasa.

BOARDING
Please ensure that you arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Many airports no longer announce flight departures over the public address system so it is vital that you check the flight information screens for the boarding time and gate number.

SMOKING POLICY
All airlines with whom we work operate a non-smoking policy.

FLIGHT TIMES
The flight departure times shown on your itinerary are local times based on the 24 hour clock. Generally these times are adhered to but occasionally flights may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. When this is the case we will do our best to keep you informed and provide assistance wherever possible.

Make sure that, if you have arranged either connecting flights or public transport to get you to and from the airport, you have allocated sufficient time to allow for any unforeseeable delays at check-in or baggage reclaim.

If you are being met at the airport on your return we recommend that you give full flight details to your friends/relatives and suggest that they contact the airport or check Ceefax page 440 for flight arrival information so as to avoid a wait if your flight is delayed. Flight arrival and departure information for Gatwick can also be found on: www.gatwickairport.comand for Manchester on: www.manchesterairport.co.uk.

ENTRY FORMALITIES
During your flight to Mombasa, cabin staff will distribute Entry Declaration Forms, which should be completed before you land.
