I write with reference to our recent vacation to Kenya , with your company. It is a rare occurrence that I put pen to paper to commend an organisation – but on this occasion it is fully justified.
Not knowing where to begin, I will start by saying that literally everything was faultless. Tickets on departure were dealt with in a professional manner, the flight's food was edible(!), soft drinks were gratefully included and we had a lot of legroom. Transfer to our hotel was unusually fuss less, and the hotel was excellent – food, staff room and pool were all of a high standard. The one day safari which was included in the price and the entertainment at the various complexes were all extremely enjoyable. The prices of the trips were competitive, if not cheaper than other organisations!
I could go on – but I won't! I will close by saying that I will recommend African Safari to anyone. The value for money was such that I have never experienced previously, and I thank you for such an enjoyable holiday. 
My husband and I would like to thank you for your kindness and help in making our holiday so wonderful. The highlight of cause being the Mara Simba Safari, for which we shall forever be grateful. Our best-wishes to you.
I have taken the opportunity to enclose this letter which I was going to send to you anyway, as you know we have just come back from one of your memorable holidays.
We had good service from your staff from beginning to end. We wish to commend your wonderful management and staff at the Hotel Seahorse at Kilif; this is all staff including the gardeners. We wish to thank them for making our stay most enjoyable and hope you can pass this on to them. Hoping to enjoy one of your holidays in the future.
I would like to say what a fantastic holiday myself and my family have had with African Safari Club. Everything was excellent and I will defiantly be using your company again.
My late husband was stationed in Kenya in the 60's and he loved the country very much. For his 60 th Birthday in year 2000 I booked a surprise holiday for him in Kenya he loved it so much he could not stop telling our children and grandchildren about it.
Sadly seventeen months ago he passed away. This holiday for my two daughters and three grandchildren was a holiday in a lifetime and was so special because it was in memory of my husband and they could share the wonderful memories of his holiday and all experiences he loved. Thank you.
Whilst it is so easy to be critical when things go wrong, it is only fair that thanks should be expressed when things are arranged for your benefit.
You will be aware that ASA flight from Mombasa last Saturday, 27 th March was delayed for various reasons, resulting in my wife and I (plus 2 other passengers) missing the connecting flight from Heathrow to Manchester.
You were extremely generous in providing a car to take us home and I would like to express my sincere thanks for this kind gesture. We also enjoyed our cruise very much particularly the attentive manner of the crew.
We were last in Kenya in July 2004 and stayed at the Flamingo beach Hotel, we also went on two, two day safari's and enjoyed both very much. we are looking forward to holidaying at the same hotel again early next year.
Hope to see the same staff again as they looked after us very well.
I write with reference to a holiday booked with you from September 11-25 th September 2004 in the name of staying at the Flamingo Beach Hotel. Too often we are more than ready to complain when things go wrong, but I would like to thank you for such a super holiday. Our party was a group of eleven people and we all thought the hotel was fabulous and the staff brilliant. Whilst on holiday my sister and her partner got married at the hotel, I think the manager must have thought of everything as the day went so well the photos were fabulous. You name it he thought of it and the day was so memorable.
We have just arrived back from a trip to Watamu Beach Club and the reason for writing is to say a very big thank you for what turned out to be a fantastic and truly memorable holiday. We found Watamu Beach Club to a very welcoming and well appointed hotel in tropically beautiful grounds.
As we had such a lovely holiday, we felt we should write a letter to thank your company for making our holiday so pleasant. We can only say that we found both the staff at the Flamingo Beach Hotel and on the cruise ship Royal Star most helpful and professional. We very much enjoyed the different Islands visited on our cruise and, when we returned we were delighted to be accommodated in the Flamingo Villas which we found extremely comfortable.
We have just come back from spending one week at the Dolphin hotel Mombasa and one week at the Club Hotel Watamu Beach . We both enjoyed our visits enormously. The accommodation was excellent and the food and service provided at both hotels was of the highest standards.
Just writing a few lines to let you know how much I really enjoyed my holiday to Club Hotel Watamu Beach in Kenya . The hotel was absolutely fantastic and the view from our room was out of this world. The people and staff were really friendly and the food was fantastic too.
Just a short letter to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Shanzu. The gourmet passes enabled us to enjoy some beautiful meals and meet some nice caring considerate staff and members of the African Safari Club. Thank you so much for all that you did for us.
Just a few lines to say how much we enjoyed our recent Holiday/Wedding you organised at your Flamingo Beach Hotel, Mombasa . The hotel was very good indeed. The location perfect, the food and service good, the resort and hotel managers were very attentive.
We would also like to thank you Freida who organised the Wedding. She did a splendid job, lovely cake, perfect rose bouquets and an excellent photographer. We would also like to add the location couldn't have been better with the backdrop of the Indian Ocean what could be more romantic?
This is the 2nd time we have travelled to Kenya, we stayed at the Dolphin Hotel between the 25th July and 14th August.
From the moment we checked in at Gatwick Airport on the outbound journey to returning back to Gatwick on Saturday, everything was just perfect.
We arrived at the Dolphin during the morning of the 25 th to be greeted by the staff of the hotel as well as Oliver the hotel manager and his wife Miriam from the Tourist Office, at first the hotel seemed very quiet, but then we found out that it had only just re-opened that morning following some refurbishments.
The room allocated to us had the most amazing views across the Indian Ocean and was spotless.
It was a pleasure to be treated like royalty, every Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner time, Oliver would go around all the guests to check everything was ok and if anything needed putting right, he made sure that it was. During our holiday we went on two of the excursions, the first was to follow the Dolphin. The second excursion we went on was the 1 night safari to Tsavo East, staying in the tents at Crocodile Camp. The guide we had was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him, and he always managed to spot animals well before any of the passengers on the bus.
