I have recently returned from an Indian Ocean Cruise with your company. I travelled aboard the ship “MS Royal Star”.
I found the service of the staff aboard to be excellent and would like to write to the ship to express my satisfaction personally to them. Unfortunately I do not know how to address such a letter, therefore, would you be kind enough to send me the postal address of the ship.

I am writing to thank you very much for the Indian Ocean Cruise I have just completed with your company, and for the delightful bonus of a free week's stay at the flamingo Beach Hotel and a safari. Everything went well, and it is one of the best holidays I have ever had.
The organisation was superb, and the staff, both on the ship and at the hotel were charming and helpful.
I shall be very happy to recommend your company to others.

Our “Indian Ocean Odyssey” holiday was just superb. From beginning to end perfect, with the most generous extra week given to us after the cruise, being away for 4 weeks is a long-time. But with the excellence of the whole experience we wanted to stay even longer. Once again sincere thanks from both of us.

The Flamingo Beach Hotel was a delight, with the Vervet Monkeys and cats a real feature and the staff, including the manager, being very welcoming and efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending it and African Safari Club to our friends and family.
Also, we were very impressed by the warm welcome we got at Sagala Lodge on our safari expedition to Tsavo East from Omar Sharif and his team.

Having just returned from my first holiday at Watamu Beach Club Hotel in Kenya (my first trip to Kenya in fact) I wanted to congratulate ASC for a wonderful holiday. If I could have got a better connection from my local area ( Newcastle ) to Gatwick, my holiday would have been complete.
Well done African Safari Club, I shall certainly recommend you to all my friends.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Dolphin in Kenya . I am writing to say how impressed we are with your company. The organisation in the UK and Kenya was excellent. We were given accurate, precise and courteous information before our departure helped us be correctly organised.
Once at the hotel the staff and management team were excellent. Any slight problems we had were immediately dealt with and resolved. The staffs were helpful and efficient. The organisation of everything was timely and efficient. The location is wonderful.
We have already recommended you too many of our friends and will not fail to do so in the future. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that genuinely takes responsibility for the detail of your holiday from start to finish.

I just want to say that in the four times that we have been to Kenya, both myself and my husband have had a wonderful time. We have always stayed at Flamingo Beech Hotel, and it is so warm and welcome there.

We use African Safari Club many times a year for ourselves and sponsors of our charity. I advertise the fact that if anyone decides to go they should do so through African Safari as they will get good value and an enjoyable holiday.

The animal I most like to see on safari is the leopard. On the past two occasions we have travelled to Kenya we have been extremely fortunate in being able to see these wonderful creatures. On the second occasion this was largely due to our wonderful driver, Matthew, based at ASC\'s Mara Simba camp! Without his skill and expertise we would certainly not have spotted the most beautiful leopard lazing in a tree, with her morning kill stashed alongside. We hope to return to Kenya later this year. Will keep an eye on your special offers!!

I have travelled with African Safari Club a few times and have loved every minute. We are doing the Zanzibar cruise again at the end of this month and have also booked for Christmas and New Year having talked a few friends into trying out Kenya holidays. There are eight of us going.

Have just arrived back from holiday stayed at the Flamingo it is the best holiday I have ever had the food, staff the hotel was so clean my friend and I didn't want to come home. Thanks for a great holiday.

Why do I choose African Safari Club?
Firstly we travel to Kenya 3 or 4 times a year and as we run a charity to educate children there and have many others go, we do so firstly because of the security of your hotels.
You have a good standard of hotel and a comfortable airline so what else could one ask for?
We have gone with other companies but much prefer yours. I don't know how many times we have travelled with you but I am sure it is in the double figure.

This will be our 3rd Visit to Flamingo Beach Hotel.
We came on our 2nd trip for 3 weeks again, knowing that my husband was returning home to face his intensive cancer treatment from the beginning, ending 3 months later. He responded very well, and very bravely I thought. He claims that he could not have done it without that holiday. The best New Years Eve we have ever had. We so look forward to being with you again.

We made an early booking as we know that period is always very busy,but I am not sure that we can wait until December to see you again. The family are also visiting you in October.
The beach, the swimming pools, the food,the entertainment the kind attention,the magnificent gardens,the birds and the wild life, all just breathtaking.

I have just spent two fabulious weeks at the Flamingo Beach hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exellent, and the hotel was spotless.
I hope to come again February 2006 to celebrate my birthday, I will be sixty. Could you please send me through a brochure if you will be getting any bargains for February and early March.

We have now visited three hotels with African Safari Club and have had a wonderful time at all of them, especially the children - wonderful culture, great hotels, lovely staff.
My husband is Kenyan and the children were born there, we love it!! Needless to say there is nowhere in the world we would rather visit and the best deals are with African Safari Club.
We tell our friends and anyone we know who would like to visit to go with you.

We have now been twice with yourselves and had fantastic holidays on both occasions.
We intend returning as soon as our new baby is old enough to travel!

Just back from a wonderful holiday with African Safari Club. Stayed at the excellent Flamingo Beach Hotel, cruise with Royal Star was first class. I would have no hesitation recommending this holiday. Best holiday we have had.

We have just returned home from a two week stay at the Dolphin Hotel. The hotel, staff, food, cleanliness, safari, excursions, flight and weather were excellent.
My partner and I were enraptured with Kenya. So much so we are now planning our next trip and incorporating our wedding at The Flamingo Hotel as well!!!!

I stayed at The Flamingo Beach Hotel in March this year and it was the best holiday I have ever been on, I was ready to give up my life in England and stay there forever, I did not want to come home.
The staff were amazing, and I got on with them all so well. The food was excellent, and the hotel is just beautiful!! The safari was breath-taking and I can't wait to come back in March 2006 for 2 weeks!

I have had two holiday with African Safari Holidays and both have been holidays to remember. First year we went to the Paradise Beach Hotel. A very nice Hotel and good food. The area of shanzu was very nice but I felt a little vunrerable out side the complex.
Last year we went to Watamu Beach resort. The Hotel was very good and the staff made us very welcome. Unlike Shanzu, I felt completly at ease walking the local beaches and towns during the day and night talking to the local people who were always ready to point out that the people in this area are very friendly and peacefull.
This was our Holiday of a lifetime. And will be looking to go back to Watamu Beach again.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in Watamu Beach hotel. Such friendly staff, who you get to know, lovely food, great beach partys and always smiling faces!!
We had a great safari in Kimana reserve, seeing elephants and most other animals (except the cats). Wonderful 5 course meals too. We'll never forget Kenya!!

We have just returned from two weeks holiday at the Dolphin Beach Hotel.
I can't say enough about how fantastic the staff were they couldn't do enough for us and bent over backwards for the children, the hotel was clean and the food was spendid.
We had a fabulous time on safari and will almost certainly be returning very soon.

Thank you for sending me your promotional material following my magical cruise around the Indian Ocean last summer. I will certainly continue to recommend your company to my friends in Leicester and elsewhere, particularly as I am now being asked to give PowerPoint presentations to local groups on my travels to the Seychelles , Zanzibar and Madagascar.
I had a simply marvellous time on board The Royal Star. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, particularly as I am a relatively aged singleton. The atmosphere on board throughout the trip was just the right mix of elegance and luxury with a suitable dash of informality and fun.
My stay on the mainland at the Flamingo Beach Hotel for the extra week was also most comfortable and enjoyable.

I was holidaying at the Flamingo Beach hotel from 18th June 05 till 2nd July 05 for 13 nights. I enjoyed my stay very much. Hotel accommodation was very nice, all staff were very polite and helpful, i also
enjoyed speaking in swahili. I came to kenya 23 years ago last time so i polished up on my swahili.
I also enjoyed everyday breakfast, lunch and evening meals in the Flamingo Beach hotel. I would like to come again with African Safari Club and visit Kenya. I also liked the Flamingo garden's and swimming pool and it was very nice to swim in the sea in the early morning with all the beach to myself. Also all those monkeys were very nice.

Finally, travel with African Safari Airways both ways from and to Gatwick was okay. Air steward Martin who served me on both trips was good, please give him my regards. I also met him in the hotel before we left for England he may remember me. I am an indian, you can give my email address to Martin.

It had always been my personal goal to visit Madagascar one day. I was delighted when I received my Indian Ocean Cruises Brochure to discover that I could not only sail to Madagascar but the Seychelles too. This was my dream come true.

The flights between Gatwick and Mombasa aboard African Safari Airways were excellent. The food was the best I've tasted aboard an airline flight. The cabin crew were very friendly and helpful. I used to have a fear of flying and was dreading this part of the journey but ASA made the experience most pleasurable and relaxing. Although the captain did indicate that we were passing through some turbulent weather, I hardly noticed it.

The 14 days spent aboard the M.S. Royal Star were amazing. The weather and scenery were fantastic. The on-shore trips gave us a good in-sight to the culture of the different islands.

I came on this cruise to see lemurs in their natural environment and was not disappointed, our guides managed to coax the lemurs so close to us we could have touched them. We resisted this temptation, as they are wild animals. I managed to take some wonderful photographs of these lemurs as well as colobus monkeys. We were also among the lucky ones to swim with bottle-nosed dolphins. This is definitely the trip to take if you enjoy seeing animals in their natural habitat.

Although the M.S. Royal Star is a smaller ship than ship's I've previously sailed aboard, for me this added to its charm. It provided passengers with a more personal service, where the staff got to know you all as individuals rather than just as paying passengers. The Restaurant Manager in particular was most impressive, he could recall each persons name within the first 24 hours of being aboard.

The jewel in the crowm must be of coruse the Belvedere Restaurant. The food was of the highest standard, tasted delicious and was beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were very professional and made each individual feel like royalty. Their service and dedication cannot be faulted.

I chose this trip to celebrate my 40th birthday in style and was not disappointed. The whole experience was definitley one to remember. I had intended to sail aboard this ship only the once but was so impressed by the service that I plan to sail again sometime in the near future.
