Just to let you know that we had a WONDERFUL HOLIDAY at the Dolphin Hotel in Mombasa through the African Safari Club, and that all staff there were more than pleasant, especially the 2 tourist reps Miriam and Margaret.

We have just returned from a fabulous fortnight staying at Shanzu-Paradise Beach hotel.
I must admit i was nervous about the holiday especially with 2 teenager's and a diabetic husband but wow what can i say, hotel was fabulous, staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble if you asked for anything.
All in all a great holiday hope to see you all next year!!

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the Flamingo Hotel. We were very fortunate to have purchased it at the reduced price and can honestly say it was a bargain. We are much travelled, both formerly for our work and also for leisure. We travelled to Kenya about 13 years ago and stayed at Hemingways at Watamu.

The organisation in the UK and the documentation was excellent. All valid points were clearly put and everything was refreshingly well presented. The staff in the UK and at the resort were pleasant and efficient. We did not go on safari this time, but did go to Mombasa by coach and also by boat and snorkelling. The trips were well organised and enjoyable. The food was varied and of good quality.

We were a little apprehensive about bringing family and friends with us to Kenya this year.
Everyone has different ideas for holidays, and they may not have enjoyed what we recommended to them after our holiday with African Safari Club last year, staying at Club Hotel Watamu Beach. The people we brought with us had previously been on holidays around Europe, the Caribbean, American, and Australia. Could the Club Hotel Watamu Beach compare with these holidays?

Everyone agreed, YES! YES! YES!

Genuine friendliness greeted us on our arrival. My wife, daughters, and myself were recognised immediately, and we were given the warmest of welcomes. Friends we had made last year were there to meet us, it was like coming home.

Our ‘extra guests’ enjoyed their holiday just as much as we did. The hotel, location, the food, excursions, and safari were all brilliant. But once again, we all agreed that the staff were absolutely wonderful. They are so natural, friendly, welcoming and relaxed. The management team, drivers, bar staff, and of course the absolutely brilliant sports staff, were all terrific. All of these people are to be congratulated and thanked. Our holiday was everything we had hoped it would be. This was due mainly to their friendliness and kindness.

First of all we would like to thank your company for providing such a fantastic holiday and perfect setting for our wedding. We are writing to say that all the staff at the Flamingo Beach Hotel, from the manager down to the gardeners and maintenance staff were excellent.

Likewise, the staff at the Kimana Game Sanctuary, especially our driver David, who was a star in every way. He is certainly an asset to your company and really tried his hardest to find the elephants, but to no avail as they had gone walkabout. He did take our group to see the lion cubs that the sanctuary had reared, we were the only ones to see them on that trip.
Once again thank you for such a fabulous time and we will travel with your company again.

I just wanted to write a personal “thank you” for "The Mysteries of the Mascarenes" cruise, aboard M.S. Royal Star.
I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I cannot praise too highly all the staff on the Royal Star, a charming ship. They were attentive to the “nth” degree. As I mentioned earlier, I could find no fault whatsoever. Our table companions were a delight and friendships were made!
Again, many thanks indeed, and needless to say I will thoroughly recommend African Safari Club.

We had an absolutely amazing time away at Watamu Beach and on Safari at the Kilimanjaro/Kimana game sanctuary.
I even managed to organise a beach football match with some of the staff versus the European visitors. It went to penalties in the end, plus I had to leave the “pitch” with a broken toe in the second half!
Thanks again to Jo for all her equally amazing help before departure – she is a star!
We were trying to think of a highlight of our trip, but could just not narrow it down to one. The whole two weeks were just beautiful, fantastic and breathtaking.

I have just returned from two weeks at the Club Hotel Watamu Beach. As a single traveller the price on offer was the most I could afford and I was happy to have a room with a ceiling fan rather than air-conditioning.
The scenery is outstanding and all rooms appear to be situated magnificently amongst the palm with superb views of the bay. I particularly liked African-ness of this type of accommodation.
The extremely pleasant staff – from management down to more menial tasks – also made the holiday for me. The simplicity and authenticity of the waiters dress added to the African effect. Some African evening music was great too.
