Returned 23/11/09 from our 4th time staying with African Safari Club. Flamingo exceeded our expectations. Staff were yet again superb, location great, food sometimes limited but always well presented and service excellent. Best pool & private beach in Mombassa & lovely surroundings. Standard Room in Lion Block was perfectly functional & always well cleaned. Yet another great Kenya holiday. Many thanks.

This is the third year we have been to the flamingo hotel 2007, 2008, 2009. On all of these holidays we have been more than happy with the level of service we were given from all the staff. The pool boys will always place your loungers out each day. The waiters in the stunning restaurant are always on hand to help you. All the staff from the Manager to the gardeners will help you with a smile.

The gardens around the hotel are a delight and run down to the white sandy beach. The pool is stunning. The rooms are large and are cleaned daily. Please remember this is a poor country and some things do not work as fast as we are used to, a little patience will bring its own reward. Pole ,pole as the locals say. We will be back next year. A big thank you to all at the Flamingo Hotel.

I just felt I needed to say thank you for a wonderful holiday just spent at The Flamingo Beach Hotel and Masai Safari too.

We upgraded our flight as we did some two years ago when we went on your amazing cruise to Mauritius and spent 3 nights at the Flamingo. This time we did the Masai Safari of which I was pleasantly surprised that I found wonderful. The lodges were of a very high stand and the staff truely amazing. They tried so hard for everything to be great. The early morning drives were fantastic seeing the animals still sleeping (Two elephants standing asleep holding each other up). We flew both ways on your 18 seater plane which was a great experience and the pilot was happy to point out everything on route and the view as we came into land of Kilimanjaro was awesome.

The food in the al la carte restaurant was also of the highest standard and my husband tried to break the guiness book of records by how many lobsters he could eat in one week.

This holiday was for my husband to celebrate his 60th Birthday and I am sure this is something he will never forget as he has just had the 300 odd pictures developed and now can spend the winter months showing them to all and sundry.

Absolutely fantastic! Best holiday i have had and i have been to a lot of places. The hotel was lovely with a great pool and nice food. The hotel over looks the beautiful beach. I booked a diving trip at the hotel and it was great. Whilst on holiday with African Safari Club I went on a safari to the masai mara which was eye opening and breath taking.
Overall 10 out of 10 and excellent value for money, will definatly be returning to kenya next year with African Safari Club. Staff at the Flamingo Beach were the best I have come across especially jackson who works round the pool. Thank you African Safari Club for a great 2 weeks see you soon!

We spent two weeks in the Flamingo Beach Hotel in September 2009. This hotel has a fantastic location right on the beach, a great swimming pool and extensive grounds. This holiday was amazing value for money and we found the accommodation clean and comfortable and the food good and plentiful.
The hotel staff deserve a special mention for their friendliness and helpfulness. This is our second holiday with African Safari Club and we would certainly holiday with them again.

We had a fantastic holiday. The facilities and food were great. Staff were friendly. Location was also very good. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and family.

We have just returned, 12th Sept 09, from what was a most enjoyable two week holiday with African Safari Club at the Flamingo Beach hotel. Don't be afraid to book with African Safari Club, this year 2009, we have been on the Nile cruise and now Mombasa with them.
The organisation, transport, accomodation, staff , facillities and food were all very good. The Safari was a highlight which should not be missed, well done to all involved. We will be singing your praises to our friends and encouraging them to book with yourselves. Thankyou very much for two great holidays.

We returned back from the Flamingo Beach Hotel last night (20th October) after having an absolutely fantastic week. All the staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. The food in the main resturant was good and plentiful. The Watamu Grill (Dolphin hotel) and Blue Lagoon resturants were exceptional. The pool with its waterfall was bliss.
We upgraded to a superior room which was well worth the extra couple of pounds as we could then have a table outside the main resturant overlooking the pool & Indian ocean (in the distance).
We went on a Twiga Safari which was a bit bumpy on a bus but well worth the cost. The animals & sights of mount Kili on safari are amazing. The Sagala and Zebra Lodge were very comfortable and not like what I had expected. There is a good range of excursions available if you are planning on two or more weeks. All in all - great value for money. Thank you African Safari Club.

Thank you African Safari Club for a wonderful stay at the Flamingo in Kenya. Accomodation, facilities, people...all were excellent. And so was the diving! And safari! This is a great place to go to.......so GO

We have just returned from the Flamingo Beach Hotel Mombasa, our forth time with African Safari. We had a lovely holiday, the hotel was very well managed. Staff, food and cleanliness of accommodation was excellent.

We are writing to thank you for a fantastic holiday at the Flamingo Beach Hotel. Your staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was very good and the room was always cleaned very well. The gardens were lovely and very well maintained by the dedicated gardeners this all added to a wonderful holiday.

The safari was out of this world and again the staff were brilliant and made sure that we were very comfortable. We saw all the animals we wanted to see and more. Could you please pass on our thanks to all your staff at the Flamingo Beach and at the Safari for making our holiday truly memorable. This was our first ever trip to Kenya and we can't wait to go back!
