We were last in Kenya in July 2004 and stayed at the Flamingo beach Hotel, we also went on two, two day safari's and enjoyed both very much. We are looking forward to holidaying at the same hotel again early next year.
Hope to see the same staff again as they looked after us very well.

I write with reference to a holiday booked with you from September 11-25th September 2004 in the name of staying at the Flamingo Beach Hotel. Too often we are more than ready to complain when things go wrong, but I would like to thank you for such a super holiday. Our party was a group of eleven people and we all thought the hotel was fabulous and the staff brilliant. Whilst on holiday my sister and her partner got married at the hotel, I think the manager must have thought of everything as the day went so well the photos were fabulous. You name it he thought of it and the day was so memorable.

As we had such a lovely holiday, we felt we should write a letter to thank your company for making our holiday so pleasant. We can only say that we found both the staff at the Flamingo Beach Hotel and on the cruise ship Royal Star most helpful and professional. We very much enjoyed the different Islands visited on our cruise and, when we returned we were delighted to be accommodated in the Flamingo Villas which we found extremely comfortable.

Just a few lines to say how much we enjoyed our recent Holiday/Wedding you organised at your Flamingo Beach Hotel, Mombasa. The hotel was very good indeed. The location perfect, the food and service good, the resort and hotel managers were very attentive.
We would also like to thank you Freida who organised the Wedding. She did a splendid job, lovely cake, perfect rose bouquets and an excellent photographer. We would also like to add the location couldn't have been better with the backdrop of the Indian Ocean what could be more romantic?

My wife and I have enjoyed a wonderful and memorable fortnight's holiday and will recommend this trip to our many friends in England.
During our time here we spent 2 nights: at Buffalo Camp and one at Zebra in the Kilimanjaro foot hills.
Your staff have at all times treated us with utmost courtesy and charm but two in particular deserve special mention because they displayed ‘devotion to duty' and customer care to a level we find very rarely elsewhere.
These are: - Mr Silas Kit, The Manager of Kimana complex, who in addition to recovering my sketch book lost in an aircraft, looked everywhere. He greets every arrival and departure with enthusiasm and gets round to his many lodges with a frequency and welcoming manner that is most endearing and re-assuring.
Secondly, Miss Mauga Seifeit. Who as you will know manages the tourist desk at Flamingo. Efficient and caring and dealt with our service enquiries and wishes with care and charm.
Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I am writing to thank you very much for the Indian Ocean Cruise I have just completed with your company, and for the delightful bonus of a free week's stay at the flamingo Beach Hotel and a safari. Everything went well, and it is one of the best holidays I have ever had.
The organisation was superb, and the staff, both on the ship and at the hotel were charming and helpful.
I shall be very happy to recommend your company to others.

The flamingo Beach Hotel was a delight, with the Vervet Monkeys and cats a real feature and the staff, including the manager, being very welcoming and efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending it and African Safari Club to our friends and family.
Also, we were very impressed by the warm welcome we got at Sagala Lodge on our safari expedition to Tsavo East from Omar Sharif and his team.
