I write with reference to our recent vacation to Kenya, with your company. It is a rare occurrence that I put pen to paper to commend an organisation – but on this occasion it is fully justified.
Not knowing where to begin, I will start by saying that literally everything was faultless. Tickets on departure were dealt with in a professional manner, the flight's food was edible (!), soft drinks were gratefully included and we had a lot of legroom. Transfer to our hotel was unusually fuss less, and the hotel was excellent – food, staff room and pool were all of a high standard. The one day safari which was included in the price and the entertainment at the various complexes were all extremely enjoyable. The prices of the trips were competitive, if not cheaper than other organisations!
I could go on – but I won't! I will close by saying that I will recommend African Safari to anyone. The value for money was such that I have never experienced previously, and I thank you for such an enjoyable holiday.

My husband and I would like to thank you for your kindness and help in making our holiday so wonderful. The highlight of cause being the Mara Simba Safari, for which we shall forever be grateful.

I would like to say what a fantastic holiday myself and my family have had with African Safari Club. Everything was excellent and I will defiantly be using your company again.
My late husband was stationed in Kenya in the 60's and he loved the country very much. For his 60th Birthday in year 2000 I booked a surprise holiday for him in Kenya he loved it so much he could not stop telling our children and grandchildren about it.
Sadly seventeen months ago he passed away. This holiday for my two daughters and three grandchildren was a holiday in a lifetime and was so special because it was in memory of my husband and they could share the wonderful memories of his holiday and all experiences he loved.

Whilst it is so easy to be critical when things go wrong, it is only fair that thanks should be expressed when things are arranged for your benefit.
You will be aware that ASA flight from Mombasa last Saturday, 27th March was delayed for various reasons, resulting in my wife and I (plus 2 other passengers) missing the connecting flight from Heathrow to Manchester.
You were extremely generous in providing a car to take us home and I would like to express my sincere thanks for this kind gesture. We also enjoyed our cruise very much particularly the attentive manner of the crew.

Since you are part of the African Safari Club I would like to say that the lodge we stayed at on our seven day safari was wonderful. They were all clean, nicely decorated built with imagination and full of happy ‘Jambo-up' Africans which was helpfulness itself.
It's been a splendid holiday in a beautiful country.

We use ASC many times a year for ourselves and sponsors of our charity. I advertise the fact that if anyone decides to go they should do so through African Safari as they will get good value and an enjoyable holiday.

The animal I most like to see on safari is the leopard. On the past two occasions we have travelled to Kenya we have been extremely fortunate in being able to see these wonderful creatures. On the second occasion this was largely due to our wonderful driver, Matthew, based at ASC\'s Mara Simba camp! Without his skill and expertise we would certainly not have spotted the most beautiful leopard lazing in a tree, with her morning kill stashed alongside. We hope to return to Kenya later this year. Will keep an eye on your special offers!!

Why do I choose African Safari Club?
Firstly we travel to Kenya 3 or 4 times a year and as we run a charity to educate children there and have many others go, we do so firstly because of the security of your hotels.
You have a good standard of hotel and a comfortable airline so what else could one ask for?
We have gone with other companies but much prefer yours. I don't know how many times we have travelled with you but I am sure it is in the double figure.
Keep up the standards please.

We have now visited three hotels with African Safari Club and have had a wonderful time at all of them, especially the children - wonderful culture, great hotels, lovely staff.
My husband is Kenyan and the children were born there, we love it!! Needless to say there is nowhere in the world we would rather visit and the best deals are with African Safari Club.
We tell our friends and anyone we know who would like to visit to go with you.

We have now been twice with yourselves and had fantastic holidays on both occasions.
We intend returning as soon as our new baby is old enough to travel!

I just write to thank you and your crew on the excellent service afforded to me and my family when we travelled to Mombasa Kenya on Fri 4th February and return Sun 20th February.
Firstly the seats that you reserved were absolutely spot on because having three young boys on a 9 hour flight did slightly worry us before we boarded. However, once on board all of our fears were immediately dispelled. The seats were perfect, having the last row of three and behind the first row of two meant that the five of us did not disturb any other passengers and the boys could sit back and enjoy the flight, which they definitely did.
Your crew on both flights were terrific, congratulations to both chief pursers. The flight attendants were very kind and attentive with lots of meal, drink and refreshments services throughout the flight without flagging for one minute.
I have flown quite a lot both on vacation and for business reasons and your airline rates as one of the best I have experienced and believe me you are better than any other airline on the MBA route, that’s for sure.
I will certainly recommend ASA to all friends and colleagues and I wish you every success in a tough business.

Got back from Kenya yesterday and we all had an amazing time and I am looking forward to going back later this year. Everything was fine with the hotel and the surroundings were fantastic.

As a well travelled couple, trekking all over the world raising money for cancer based charities coupled with pure relaxing frequent breaks to distant resorts, the holiday provided everything we expected & more.
African Safari Club really excelled themselves with this trip which offered extremely good value for money together with excellent service & organisation.
