Where do I begin, This was truly the best holiday we have ever had. We have never been to Kenya before and cannot wait to go back again. The hotel was great clean and tidy, the gardens were lovely and well maintained by the dedicated garderners. The Safari was fantastic and we got to see all the animals we expected to see and MORE!! Now to the main point, the staff. They were fantastic very very friendly making us feel welcome and making sure we were happy and enjoying our holiday. Thank you once again for a great holiday and we cannot wait to go back using Africa Safari Club.
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Kenya. We did the big 5 safari and stayed at the Shanzu-Paradise Beach Hotel. There were 6 of us in all and every one of us had the most fantastic time you can imagine. The hotel and lodge staff are all very friendly and the service was excellent. Wonderful shows for Xmas and New Year. The whole organized holiday was well orgainized and we were well looked after. I can honestly say I had nothing to complain about.
This was our 2nd stay, and it was fantastic, the hotel and staff were as lovely as ever and it was great value for money the food is healthy, the cats get fed and cared for, we were taken care of so well, inspite of reports from UK we saw no trouble whatsoever and felt 100% safe at all times, we went out and about, and will be booking again later this year, it is like a different world there and we love it.
This is now our 13th trip to Kenya but are first with African Safari Club. We found the company to be first class from booking our trip, flight and then to a superb resort in The Dolphin Hotel. The staff at the hotel were excellent and are just there to help and assist and desperately want to make sure that you are having a good time. Would I travel with ASC again - Yes.
