I've recently just come back from a beach and safari holiday at the Watamu Beach hotel.
I would just like to say i had the most fantastic holiday all the staff at the hotel were great the made us feel to welcome and looked after, also the safari were such a experience. thankyou to all the staff at the hotel.

We have travelled with African Safari Club for a number of years, normally taking two holidays a year, and each time we have found the staff to be so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.
We have stayed at both the Watamu and Flamingo Hotel but although it is two hours from Mombasa Airport we love the Watamu Beach Hotel and are returning for another holiday in September 2006, the staff are great and could not make you more welcome, we always request to go on the same table in the dining room as the waiter we have is great (Stephen) we are always made to feel special and we always keep going back.
We have been on Safari on two occassions but the most memorable was Kilamanjaro when we stayed at Leopard Lodge, this is a fantastic place and I would recommend this to anyone. We think it is great and will keep coming back.

I felt I must write to you to thank you for organising such a fantastic holiday myself and my children.
I went to the Shanzu-Paradise Beach Hotel. We had a fabulous time which was made all the better by the upgrades to Royal Safari Class on the plane, gourmet pass and deluxe package.
We found the staff at the hotel helpful and cheerful. Everything was organised really well for us. Our safari was great, an amazing experience.
I can honestly say it was the best holiday I have had and my children would agree with me, they realise it was the holiday of a lifetime.

Got back from Kenya yesterday and we all had an amazing time and I am looking forward to going back later this year. Everything was fine with the hotel and the surroundings were fantastic.
Just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know we had a fab holiday. I will come to you again if I look to go back later this year.

We have just returned from the Club Hotel Watamu Beach, and I just wanted to write and tell you what a great time we had!
The staff were, without exception, all very helpful and friendly and ensured that we really enjoyed our holiday. The customer service at this hotel is excellent as was the food and entertainment. The facilities and standards of cleanliness were exceptional.

A special mention needs to be made for the general manager and especially Charles, the assistant manager, who made our stay at Watamu one to remember with their individual service and attention to detail. I would be grateful if you could pass on this email to the hotel with our thanks for a truly memorable holiday.

My husband and I along with our friends, have just returned from a lovely cruise and beach holiday with African Safari Club.
We would like to compliment your organisation and the excellent staff for making it possible. As a nation I think that we are all very quick to make complaints but are not so forthcoming with the praises!

From the first contact with staff at Gatwick airport, the crew on the M.S. Royal Star and all the staff at the Dolphin and adjacent hotels, we were impressed with their aim to please at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The meals on the ship were excellent in terms of choice, quality and presentation. These were served by superb waiters.
We enjoyed all the excursions we went on, which were all punctual and excellently organised with the tour guides being full of knowledge and personality. We would certainly book with African Safari Club again and would have no hesitation in recommending your company. Thank you again for a very memorable holiday.

We have just returned from your Magic of Mauritius cruise. My daughter was with us on this trip. She is just seven years old and I was a bit nervous about taking her on such a ‘grown up’ trip.
However, she had a wonderful time and the attitude of the crew on the M.S. Royal Star played a big role in this. Everyone on board made a great effort to make her feel welcome and she was ‘spoiled rotten’ by them. The restaurant manager arranged meals like pizza and pasta for the children and on the Gala Evening the five of them sat together which they enjoyed enormously.
The cruise director and the band allowed them to perform a song during the last nights show. This was a great highlight for Kate and she never stops telling her friends about what a great ship the M.S. Royal Star is.
I have never written to a holiday company before but I felt I must communicate how well run and friendly the ship was. It was a trip that we will remember for many years and that was largely due to the attitude of all the crew, from the tender pilot to the cruise director.

We have just come back from the Flamingo Beach Hotel. Whilst there we also did the Red Elephant Special Safari. The hotel and it's setting were both beautiful.
We will come back again in a couple of years. Staff so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Would love to hear from all the other people we became friends with.

The Club Hotel Watamu Beach is friendly, welcoming and great fun. It is made all the better by the staff who always have a smile for you. The safari was superb. What an experience - apart from the early mornings - made better by relaxing by the pool early afternoon.
We would have no hesitation in recommending African Safari Club to anyone and can't wait to return soon.

Just got back from 2 weeks in Kenya staying at the Flamingo Beach Hotel which is in a loveley setting.
We had a 4 night cruise on the MS Royal Star to Zanzibar which was also 1st class although the entertainment is a bit low key. We then had a 4 night safari, staying at Zebra Lodge which was excellent and Mara Buffalo Camp which was not quite as loveley but adequate. The game drives were all superb and our guide John made it exceptional.
All in all a very enjoyable two weeks - thankyou.
