One of the best holidays that we have ever had. So different to the usual hotels. We loved our little round bungalow with thatched roof. No parasols, just lots of palm trees for shade. Right on the beach, couldn't be nearer. No fighting for sun loungers, always plenty.
The staff were over the top friendly,always smiling & so helpful. The atmosphere was like one big family, only 40 bungalows, so got to know most people. We went to the local school where the children all sang to us. We took little gifts which were really appreciated, such as bits from Xmas crackers. Apparently we are spoiling the children,s beautiful teeth with sweets, which they are not used to. Altogether we had a great time.

We have recently returned from a fabulous three week holiday (08/09/09-29/09/09) spent at the idylic Lagna Sea Lodge. From arriving at the hotel to leaving (very reluctantly) everything was perfect, every member of staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful holiday.

Our Masi Mara Special Safari was out of this world, we saw everything we wanted too, our driver/guide Joseph was brilliant and so knowlegeable, what a gentleman, the Mara Buffalo Camp was first class as was our lodge (overlooking the Mara river where we could watch the hippos) the food and the staff Tom, Ralph, George and Simba were brilliant.

If you want a quiet peaceful holiday with a traditional African feel lots and lots of Kenyan hospitality set in stunning surroundings overlooking a lagoon you have to go to Lagoona. We fell in love with kenya and its people and will be returning again. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone from reservations uk to the staff in Kenya for making our holiday perfect. PS. just a little tip for your safari, electric is only available between 5-6am and 6-10pm each day.

We have returned relaxed and happy from another wonderful holiday with your company in Kenya. All the staff have done their best for us and their kindness, honesty and helpfulness is second to none. The location of the Lagoon was absolutely stunning, our first time but not our last! The whole happy feel of the place is no doubt due to excellent management there.

Our safari to Crocodile Camp was excellent (our third time there) with Fredrick our driver very knowledgeable so we saw 34 different kind of creatures including two prides of lions! The camp again runs like clockwork with a good workforce eager to please.

Thank you for the whole concept of your club and the beautiful locations which we hope to be well enough to enjoy again.

We wanted a quiet good value holiday with sunshine after a poor Summer in the UK. A friend in the pub who has travelled with you on three occasions suggested Laguna Sea Lodge, well it was a goody. What made the holiday were the staff who had a great sense of humour, all the Kenyans we met were the same, it is delightful. The weather, the location, the tepid water for swimming. A good value holiday.

As ever a warm welcome the staff are wonderful, it's quirky and different but to relax and unwind nothing beats it, the price is so good, the whole place has a magic our 4th time with asc and more to come i hope, many many thanks.

I just want to say that I definitely recommend to go on holidays with African Safari Club to Kenya. Everything was really correct: no delays (flights, transports, hotel services, etc.) and the Laguna Sea Lodge Hotel (old Sea Horse Hotel), although it's basic it's of an excellent quality (air conditioned rooms, local food, friendly staff, good management, etc.). And of course the price is value for money.

We really spent 2 fantastic weeks exploring the East African Coast as well as the Mount Kilimanjaro's wild national parks!

I have taken the opportunity to enclose this letter which I was going to send to you anyway, as you know we have just come back from one of your memorable holidays.
We had good service from your staff from beginning to end.
We wish to commend your wonderful management and staff at the Laguna Sea Lodge at Kilifi; this is all staff including the gardeners. We wish to thank them for making our stay most enjoyable and hope you can pass this on to them.

We had such a brilliant holiday with African Safari Club that just completing the returning the questionnaire seems inadequate! No provision is made on the form for “excellent, with knobs on”!!!
We could happily return to the Laguna Sea Lodge and plan to within the next few years. Its small size and tranquillity suited us perfectly. Staff at all levels were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
It speaks volumes that the owner of African Safari Club chose to dine there one evening with his family, on the table next to ours, before returning to his yacht.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Kenya. While the safari and accommodation were both excellent, it was the wonderful welcome and service we received from all the staff, especially at the Laguna Sea Lodge Hotel in Kilifi that really made it special.

I have just returned from the most fabulous holiday and I did not want to come home.
We stayed at the Laguna Sea Lodge Hotel, Kilifi and what a great time we had. The Management and Staff at the hotel were so kind and friendly and would try to help make your holiday the best possibly could be. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning, hopefully in the next year or so.

We have recently returned from a two week family holiday to Kenya with African Safari Club and have simply not had a holiday like it before. We flew from London Gatwick on 21 January to Mombasa in Economy Plus and can only give full marks to all the cabin staff on board that evening, who provided an excellent service throughout the nine hour flight. We were then transferred to the Laguna Sea Lodge and spent a few days here relaxing before our Out of Africa safari. We found all the hotel staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The food and drink, level of service, facilities and accommodation were simply excellent. We had to reluctantly return home on the 4th February and again, had a pleasant nine hour flight back to Gatwick. In addition, all of the staff at the booking centre in the UK made it a very easy holiday to arrange for ourselves.

Our Out of Africa safari was an unforgettable experience from the moment we left the Laguna Sea Lodge hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed each day and felt that we were extremely lucky to have the guides that we did. All the staff at the Crocodile Camp, Buffalo Camp and Twiga Camp could not have done more to make it so enjoyable and welcoming. The very smooth transfer from camp to camp, the flights, the game drives, brilliant food throughout and friendly staff was consistently without a hitch.

You may agree that people are much more willing to complain than to send thanks. We felt that we had such a good holiday that you should know about it and pass on appropriate praise to all involved. We have all said that the Kenyan hospitality is what made it such a holiday to remember. We felt that these folks particularly made a special effort: Leonard, head waiter at the Laguna Sea lodge hotel, and all his staff; Omar, entertainment and sporting events at Laguna Sea Lodge; Bakari, our driver and guide in Tsavo East; Danson, our guide at Lake Nakuru; Athman, guide at the Masai Mara; and Johnny, guide at the Kilimanjaro-Kimana game sanctuary.

So congratulations to you and all at ASC on such a successful holiday company and may your success continue. We have no hesitation in recommending ASC and without doubt will be planning another trip to Kenya.
