Whilst it is so easy to be critical when things go wrong, it is only fair that thanks should be expressed when things are arranged for your benefit.
You will be aware that ASA flight from Mombasa last Saturday, 27th March was delayed for various reasons, resulting in my wife and I (plus 2 other passengers) missing the connecting flight from Heathrow to Manchester.
You were extremely generous in providing a car to take us home and I would like to express my sincere thanks for this kind gesture.
We also enjoyed our cruise very much, in particular the extremely attentive manner of the crew onboard M.S. Royal Star.
We have just returned home from a cruise on your lovely ship “The Royal Star”. We have had 2 holidays on her and each one was excellent, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Also we had the advantage of spending 3 extra days in Mombasa so we could book up for a safari. We went on the Red Elephant safari which was excellent, a real treat for us thanks to you.
We have recommended this holiday to our friends, we became very fond of your ship it is really loved by all its crew. Once again thank you.
On behalf of the ‘gang of 8’ can I thank everyone at African Safari Club for providing us with a wonderful and memorable Magic of Mauritius holiday and, in particular, our thanks to you personally for the additional benefits you kindly gave us!
From start to finish (and all good things come to an end far too quickly!) we had a really excellent time and this was largely due to the really helpful and efficient personnel we encountered on both the M.S. Royal Star and at the Flamingo Beach Hotel. The cruise was particularly enjoyable as were the places visited and the excursions made – they really provided us with an insight into the life and culture of the people living on the various islands and, in many respects, they were real eye-openers.
As far as the Flamingo Beach Hotel is concerned, that was simply idyllic. Certainly I would have no hesitation in recommending African Safari Club to anyone and, hopefully, we shall be taking further holidays with you in the future.
