My family has just returned from a holiday at Flamingo and Watamu Beach Hotels, we think it is excellent value for money and have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

The rooms are basic but very clean, and also very spacious at the Flamingo. We found all the staff, including ground keepers etc to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The beautiful grounds are a real bonus - better than at any of the other many hotels we have stayed at along the coast.

The flight was enjoyable too - better leg room than many of the scheduled airlines in economy and with attentive friendly cabin crew.

We would thoroughly recommend ASC and would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

We had an excellent "Out of Africa" safari, followed by a great stay at the Watamu Beach hotel where the staff were really cheerful and friendly and there was plenty to do.

All in all it was a great holiday and excellent value for money.

Having just returned from Watamu Beach and completed your questionnaire I feel I must add comments to you.

It was a holiday of a lifetime; the staff from the General Manager down to the sun bed boy could not have been more attentive, polite or more professional, the suite we stayed in was out of this world, we were made to feel special without staff going over the top.

The wedding was superb, it could not have been bettered if we had spent £8000 at home, the manager Jack was superb seeing to everything; we wanted a small quiet wedding with no fuss but the staff and other guests who came to the ceremony really made it so special, one of the guests even recorded the event without us knowing and is sending us a copy of the video

Words cannot express how excellent the whole holiday and wedding was, we will be spreading the word to all friends and colleagues.

Myself and my friend have just returned from a 3 week holiday at Watamu Beach.

We would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff from beach cleaners to management, especially our room boy Charlie, they made our holiday in this idillic paradise complete by their friendly and helpful manners, always a smile and a wave and nothing ever too much trouble.

Thankyou we shall be returning.

May I take this opportunity to thank your company for the excellent holiday we have just enjoyed at the Coral Palm Beach Hotel. Your travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and facilities and excursions were all excellent, and I have completed the Customer survey enclosed with your letter of 2 November 2005 to this effect.

I would like to make special mention of the tourist officer in the Coral Palm Beach, Mania. She was more than keen to please and advice, and always went the extra ‘mile’ to ensure all arrangements etc went like clockwork. Given hat English was not her native language, her command of the language and her understanding of it was first class.

May I thank you again for providing a memorable holiday, and we hope to travel with you again in 2006.

I usually leave all my holiday bookings to a travel agent but this year because I wanted to take the opportunity to be one of the first 50 to book on your August 19th Secrets of the Seychelles cruise I did the booking myself over the phone.

I must commend your booking staff on their competence and the way they helped me through the booking procedure, they were wonderful to deal with and I have certainly told all my friends and colleagues how well I was treated. Thankyou.

I have just returned from the most fabulous holiday and I did not want to come home.

We stayed at the Sea Horse Hotel, Kilifi and what a great time we had. The Management and Staff at the hotel were so kind and friendly and would try to help make your holiday the best possibly could be. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definately be returning, hopefully in the next year or so.

Just returned from our trip on Saturday to the lovely cold weather of the UK.

Wanted to thank you so much for the most spectacular trip we’ve ever done – loved every moment of it from start to finish. Absolutely fabulous!

Very impressed with the whole organisation and what African Safari Club have to offer.

Would definitely recommend anyone to do these trips – they would not be disappointed. Once again, many many thanks for a fabulous journey.

I came back from kenya on Saturday 3rd December, after staying at the Coral-Palm hotel.

This is my 5th time in as many years & yet again had a fabulous time.

I have just returned from our honeymoon from kenya and what a faboulous time we had.

The staff at Dolphin hotel were faboulous and were always pleased to help you. The tourist office was always on hand to help us if we were stuck for things to do.

There excursions cater for all tastes and are well worth the money and time.

We were made to feel welcome by everybody at African Safari Club from when we booked to when we landed back at Gatwick.

We have been once before with you to Watamu Beach. It was so good that we returned this year (Nov 2005).

As before the hotel and its staff made us feel very welcome and very much ‘at home’. The weather was wonderful! We again went on a safari – we had been to Crocodile Camp and thought it was brilliant – this time to Kilimanjaro. Although we saw no big cats there was a profusion of giraffe, elephant and other game. And this time they were so close you could almost touch them!

We would recommend you time and time again (in fact we have already). The general organisation is marvellous and we will certainly be coming again!

I just write to thank you and your crew on the excellent service afforded to me and my family when we travelled to Mombasa Kenya.

Firstly the seats that you reserved were absolutely spot on because having three young boys on a 9 hour flight did slightly worry us before we boarded. However, once on board all of our fears were immediately dispelled. The seats were perfect, having the last row of three and behind the first row of two meant that the five of us did not disturb any other passengers and the boys could sit back and enjoy the flight, which they definitely did.

Your crew on both flights were terrific, congratulations to both chief pursers. The flight attendants were very kind and attentive with lots of meal, drink and refreshments services throughout the flight without flagging for one minute.

I have flown quite a lot both on vacation and for business reasons and your airline rates as one of the best I have experienced and believe me you are better than any other airline on the MBA route, that’s for sure.

I will certainly recommend ASA to all friends and colleagues and I wish you every success in a tough business.
