We had been considering a safari for a couple of years and didn't know what to expect so we were well pleased when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was clean; the staff friendly with a happy JAMBO greeting and the food was far better than we had expected. Our safari was excellent and our guide Mambo really knew his stuff. He went out of his way to explain things. We would definitely recommend your company.

3 individuals who were especially good. Omar – our first safari guide, very knowledgeable, Minnie – safari guide at Buffalo Camp, Superb Lucas – Pool boy at Shanzu, always a smile, good at his job and a good communicator.

To sum up, a good value for money basic package holiday plus safari. If I was to recommend to friends I would say upgrades in every instance.

My wife and I would like to record our apprecation of all the hard work your people put into making our first real holiday in over 3 years, one of the best we have ever taken. From your bookng staff in the UK through to the Kenyan hotel reception, cleaning and waiting staff; all are a credit to your orginisation. Great views, great food and so much of it. We will be back as soon as we can for another relaxing carefree time. They say you only get what you pay for but in this case we have never experienced such value for money. We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Kenya. We did the big 5 safari and stayed at the Shanzu-Paradise Beach Hotel. There were 6 of us in all and every one of us had the most fantastic time you can imagine. The hotel and lodge staff are all very friendly and the service was excellent. Wonderful shows for Xmas and New Year. The whole organized holiday was well orgainized and we were well looked after. I can honestly say I had nothing to complain about.

This was our 2nd stay, and it was fantastic, the hotel and staff were as lovely as ever and it was great value for money the food is healthy, the cats get fed and cared for, we were taken care of so well, inspite of reports from UK we saw no trouble whatsoever and felt 100% safe at all times, we went out and about, and will be booking again later this year, it is like a different world there and we love it.
