My wife and I, who are Tour Managers – Long Haul, have just come back after spending 2 weeks in Kenya, Vasco da Gama Hotel.
We had a fantastic time.
Your staff at Bromley were EXCELLENT and answered ALL my stupid questions and they were correct answers not made up to get a sale.
The hotel staff were very good and LIONEL, the Tourist Officer was very helpful.
As you can appreciate when we go on holiday we look for excellence as our clients look for it in us and I must say your company has reached it.
They are a credit to you.
Thank you for a fabulous service and holiday.
Everything was better than I expected- staff, food, lovely room on top floor. The old manager and new manager who would visit each table at meal times to see if everything OK and really went out of their way to please.
