When you arrive in your chosen hotel a meeting will be arranged with the Hotel Manager and Tourist Officer, who will organize the final arrangements.
During the meeting with the Hotel Manager and Tourist officer you can discuss further the type of flower and colour of your choice. Please remember that they can differ through the seasons and from those in the UK.
The date of the wedding can be confirmed approximately one month prior to departure. The time of the ceremony will be confirmed at your meeting with the Hotel Manager and Tourist Officer.
Unfortunately there is no appropriate space in the cabin for your dress to be hung, so if the dress can be packed into a small enough bag, it can be placed in the overhead locker above your seats. Alternatively the dress can be packed in a suitcase and checked into the hold, where it will be loaded as fragile luggage.
If you have a stay of more than one week in Kenya after the wedding, the certificate should be given to you in your hotel. If you depart on a cruise or safari after the wedding the certificate will be sent to our office in London, and forwarded to you.
